Registration and Payment Terms

1. Payment can be made by bank transfer in US Dollars or RMB only.
2. All payments must be made prior to the start of the Conference unless prior arrangements have been made to make payment at the registration desk.
3. Please send a copy of remittance advice clearly marked with the delegate’s name for payment confirmation (fax: +86-10-8559 794, email: icgc@gedyinc.com).
4. Please note that the exact amount of registration fees should be remitted and all the bank charges should be borne by the delegate.
 

Terms and Conditions

1. Enrolment is deemed to have taken place on receipt of the completed registration form and full payment. An email confirmation will be sent to you within five working days.
2. Once enrollment is confirmed, there will be no refund of conference fees. You may make substitutions before 5.00 p.m. on 31 August, 2011 by notifying us. However, Early-Bird rates will not apply to substitutions after 31 Aug, 2011.  The substitute attendee will have to pay the difference in the conference fees.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to alter the contents of this conference and/or the identity of the conference presenters.
4. All foreign delegates to China will require a visa for entry to China. Should you require an invitation letter for China visa application, please contact the Event Manager at icgc@gedyinc.com.
